Slander about a Health Fund

I spoke lashon hara about the poor service of a health fund. Is there a requirement to ask for forgiveness in this case? Because it might cause them harm in the future if people choose not to join them.

There is no need to ask for forgiveness, and there is no one from whom to ask forgiveness.
