Tithing from Mortgage and Savings

Hello,
I wanted to ask if I need to give tithes from my monthly mortgage, and also if I am trying to save money to make an early repayment of the mortgage, do I need to donate tithes from what I am saving?

Hello,
The mortgage is an expense, not an income, so there is no reason to tithe from it...
You should tithe from the salary from which you allocate the mortgage, because ultimately the mortgage payment is for a property you purchased, not an expense without return.
The same applies to the money you are saving to make an early mortgage repayment, it is considered income in every respect, which you want to use for payment,
