Paying a Babysitter During Vacation Periods

Hello.
The babysitter wants to be paid also for the vacation period; is she entitled to it? And what is the ruling when they started with her in the middle of the year?
Answer
Shalom u’vracha.
It is customary that babysitters receive payment for the vacation (at the customary times) in proportion to the number of months she worked; that is, if she worked half a year she receives 50%.
