Question
If someone buys an item that is missing parts, may they receive a refund from the seller, such as Walmart or Amazon, and then also receive either store credit or the missing parts from the product’s manufacturer?

You can only choose one of the two options.
Therefore, if one receives a credit for missing parts or defective item may not proceed to try to get further credits.
