She bought a product and a part is missing – who is responsible

Question

Hello.

A woman bought a stroller, and it turned out that a part was missing. Who should bear the loss, the buyer or the seller?

Answer

Shalom and blessings.

The seller; but if the buyer could easily have checked this, she will bear the loss.
