A Rav-Kav That Remained Loaded After a Transfer
Question
Hello and blessings,
We lost our Rav-Kav card. We ordered a new card, and the stored value that had been on the old card was transferred to it. Afterward, we found the old card and used part of the remaining balance on it. It turned out that the balance on the old card does not reset: it cannot be reloaded, but the value already stored on it can be used.
Is using the old card considered theft? And if so, what should we do regarding the 11 shekels that we already used for a bus ride?
Thank you.

Answer
Hello and blessings
Do not continue using it, but there is no obligation to pay for what you have already used.
