Concern of Ribit in Payment to Water Company
Question
Mistakenly late, can one pay a debt to the water company in installments with interest, when the debt and payment are to the water company and not to the credit company?
Answer
Since this company is not private but municipal, and they have a heter iska, it is permissible to be lenient in this matter.
