Signing the Bank's Heter Iska
Question
When I take a loan from the bank, do I need to sign the bank's Heter Iska, or is it sufficient that they already have a Heter Iska?
Answer
It is preferable to ask the bank to attach the Heter Iska form to the loan file and sign it, but it is not mandatory.
