Payment to an Agent Who Agreed to Less Than the Amount the Sender Wanted
Question
Hello.
Reuven sent his friend Shimon to a store to buy a product for him, with the understanding that he would pay him money. From the outset, the sender was willing to give more, and the agent agreed to less. How much must he pay?
Answer
Hello and blessings.
If they did not set a fixed amount, they may set whatever they want.
