A Father Helping His Daughter Bathe, a Mother Helping Her Son

Hello, until what age is it permitted for a father to bathe his daughter, and until what age is it permitted for a mother to bathe her son?

It is explained in the poskim that the laws of modesty between a father and his daughter apply from age 11.
Accordingly, the same applies regarding a mother and her son when he is 12 years old.
