Touching His Sister

Is it permissible for a man to touch his sister?

It is forbidden to touch her in an affectionate manner.

Shulchan Aruch, Even HaEzer, Siman 21, Seif 7:
One who hugs or kisses one of the forbidden relatives, to whom a person's heart does not incline, such as his older sister or his father's sister and the like, even if he derives no pleasure at all, this is extremely reprehensible and is a forbidden act and a foolish deed.
