What is a woman allowed to say according to Halacha to a colleague who has returned from reserve duty, and what can she say and discuss with someone going to fight in Gaza? Thank you very much.

To someone going to fight, it is permissible to bless them for success in defeating the enemies of Israel, with God's help.
And to someone returning from the war, it is permissible to bless them for their part in the war against the enemies.
