Touching a Cousin

Question

I saw an elderly married woman from the Hasidic community kissing her elderly cousin. I would like to know if there is any way to judge her favorably?

Answer

Hello,

This is forbidden.

The only favorable judgment is that they acted unintentionally and not deliberately.
