A perforated pot placed on concrete
Question
I have a pot in the storage room where there is no tiling, only a concrete floor. Does the floor make the pot considered non-perforated?
Answer
A concrete floor should be considered such that even in a pot with greenery, it does not interrupt the nourishment and is considered non-perforated.
