Pot with a Side Hole during the Shemitah

A pot that is completely closed at the bottom, but has a hole on the side, should it be treated strictly as a pot with a hole?
Answer
A pot that has a hole on the side opposite the soil is a matter of dispute among the early authorities. According to the law, it is considered as having a hole.
