What defines a pot as a perforated pot, which has a more stringent status regarding the Sabbatical year?

Answer

A perforated pot is one that has a hole at its bottom. If it is perforated on the side opposite the soil, the early authorities are divided on this matter. According to the law, its status is like that of a perforated pot.
