Marking Meat Rolls

Question

I want to bake rolls filled with meat (a meat pastry). What kind of marking needs to be made on them? Is it enough to sprinkle something on top?

Answer

Hello and blessings 

Any recognizable sign is effective. 

You may place a small piece of meat on each roll; this is a good distinguishing sign.
