A Dairy Cutter That Was Used to Cut Meat-Status Bread

Hello, Rabbi. We have a wheel cutter for cutting pizza. I saw that one of the household members once used the cutter to separate garlic bread rolls that had been baked in a meat oven (and the garlic used to season the rolls was also cut with a meat knife). I cannot say whether the rolls had already had time to cool down or were still hot. Since then I stopped using the cutter, but apparently it was not thrown away, and now we baked pizza in a dairy oven and the pizza was cut with the cutter on top of the dairy oven tray. I wanted to ask regarding the cutter: what is the way to kasher it? Did the pizza seemingly become non-kosher? And what about the oven tray on which the pizza was cut while it was hot? The cutter remained dairy.
Since it is not known that the cutter became forbidden, for it is possible that the meat-status bread was cold.
