Dairy Pan on a Meat Stove
Question
Did a hot pareve pan touch yellow cheese (on the outside of the pan)? Is it permissible to use the pan on an electric stove considered meat?

The pan has become dairy.
However, it is permissible to use it on a meat stove, provided the pan is dry and the stove is clean of meat residues.

According to the explanation in Rema, Yoreh De'ah, Siman 92, Se'if 8, Rema, Siman 63, Se'if 1, and in Shach, Siman 105, Se'if Katan 22, that absorbed substances do not transfer from one vessel to another without liquid.
