A steak onto which milk fell

Question

What is the halachah regarding a cold, uncooked steak (meat) onto which cold milk (dairy) was spilled? Is it sufficient to rinse the steak, or is it prohibited because of the cracks in the meat?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah 

A thorough rinsing is sufficient.

Ordinary cracks in raw meat do not prevent the water from removing the milk.
