Heating roasted liver

Question

Liver that has been left for 3 days without roasting is prohibited for subsequent cooking, as explained in the Shulchan Aruch (Yoreh De'ah, Siman 69, Se'if 12). Is it permissible to heat it as it is without liquids on the hotplate?

Answer

It is prohibited because it is considered "Tzli Kedar."
