Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question!

Here are some general rules for you to know and to refer to in the future.

1. One is permitted to bake an uncovered dry pareve item in an oven designated for meat (or dairy) and eat the item with the opposite type. This is true as long as the oven is clean and there is no uncovered food (meat or dairy as per the oven’s designation) in the oven at the same time.

2. One who bakes a covered pareve item in an oven even while food (meat or dairy as per the oven’s designation) is being baked uncovered. Is not Parveh and one may only eat it with the type of food that was in the open pan. The pan would not be parveh either, it would also be like the open item, however, one doesn't have to wait 6 hours before eating milky.

3. One who baked an uncovered pareve item with uncovered meat that is either both dry and liquidy may not eat the pareve item with dairy (and the pareve pan becomes meat-designated) IF THE MEAT WAS ON THE BOTTOM AND THE PAREVE WAS ON THE TOP OR BESIDES IT. In this case, one must wait 6 hours after eating the pareve item before eating dairy. IF THE PAREVE WAS ON THE BOTTOM AND THE MEAT WAS ON THE TOP then one needs to wait after eating the pareve item one hour before eating dairy.
