Glass Cups in a Non-Kosher Restaurant

Question

I am in a restaurant owned by a Jew who does not observe mitzvot. Is it permissible for me to drink from glass cups?

Answer

It is not permissible to use them because they require immersion.

However, if they have been immersed, it is permissible to use them for cold drinks.
