Does time kasher China?

Question

I inherited my great grandmother's "Pesach" China. While I can't be sure of her level of Torah observance, I know for certain that the set of beautiful china has been stored in boxes in an attic since the 1940s. Is there any way that it can be used?

Since she kept a level of Kashrut, one should do Hagalah 3 times and then use it.
