Kashering stove grates for Sephardim
Question
According to Halacha for Sephardim, how does one kasher the grates of a gas stove?

Shalom u’vracha.
For Sephardim, one may rely on wrapping the metal grates in thick aluminum foil that will not tear during use.
For Ashkenazim, one should be stringent and properly do libun (burning) on them in fire over all their parts: place them on the flame and move them from place to place using tongs or the like.
