Garlic Cloves That Were Not Soaked for Cleaning
Question
Peeled garlic cloves: it was written on the package that they must be soaked in a sterile cleaning solution for three minutes and then rinsed. After the fact, we only rinsed them, cut off the parts that did not look good, and already cooked them in a frying pan. What is the halacha?

After the fact, the cooked dish is permitted, since garlic is not presumed to be infested.
