Black Dots on Pasta

Hello Rabbi,
In the pasta we buy from Osem with the Badatz Eda Haredit certification, there are black dots. Is there a problem?

Hello,
I checked and did not see black dots.
What I sometimes saw were slightly dark spots, and it seems clear that this is part of the flour.
If there is suspicion that it is something unusual, one should break a piece of pasta and see what the dots are.
