Fasting on Yom Kippur After Laser Eye Surgery

Question

Is it permitted to fast on Yom Kippur four days after PRK laser eye surgery to remove the need for glasses? And what is the law regarding the use of eye drops (medical treatment) that must be taken after the surgery?

Answer

You may fast as usual. 

It is permitted to use medicated eye drops as usual.
