Garden with Children on Tisha B'Av

Is it permissible to go with children to the garden on Tisha B'Av, and what is the ruling on going to a children's activity place, and is there a difference after midday?

Hello
It is permissible to engage children on Tisha B'Av, whether in the garden or in other activities.
Children are not obligated in mourning, but care should be taken not to make this day a 'day of entertainment'.
