Chewing Tobacco on Tisha B'Av

Is it permissible to chew tobacco on Tisha B'Av?
Answer
It is forbidden to chew anything with flavor, both on Tisha B'Av and on other fasts.

One who is fasting may taste up to a quarter, provided he spits it out; but on Yom Kippur and Tisha B'Av, it is forbidden. Rema: Some are stringent on any public fast, and this is the custom.
