A Woman Who Gave Birth and is Nursing on Tisha B'Av

Hello, my wife gave birth on the 8th of Tammuz, close to sunset. Can she refrain from fasting on Tisha B'Av due to the 30-day rule? Is it counted from moment to moment, and if so, is she obligated to fast part of the fast? I should note that the baby is exclusively breastfed.

Since thirty full days will not have passed by Tisha B'Av, she does not fast at all.
