Singing in Yeshiva during the Nine Days

Is it permissible to sing in public when singing in yeshiva?

Answer

Shalom Rav,

It is not permissible to sing in public during the Nine Days.

If this is done according to the yeshiva administration, they certainly have a permit, and one should follow like everyone else.
