Buying a Car - A Bargain During the Nine Days
Question
Is it permitted to buy a car during the Nine Days - it's a bargain - I won't find such a price afterwards, besides, I need the car in the coming days.

In a case where it is impossible to obtain such an item later, it is permitted to buy.
