Washing Clothes During the Nine Days

Is it permitted to wash underwear and undershirts during the Nine Days if there are no clean ones?

Answer

It is not permitted to wash clothes during the Nine Days. If all clothes are soiled and there is nothing to wear, it is allowed to wash only the necessary garments.
