Washing or Renewing Clothes for Infants

Question

I don't have enough clothes until Tisha B'Av for my small children (under 3 years old). Is it better to wash for them or to renew clothes bought before the Nine Days?

Hello 

It is preferable to use the clothes that were bought and not to wash.
