Musaf Prayer in the Afternoon

Hello Rabbi,
On the last Rosh Chodesh, I was unable to pray Hallel and Musaf in the morning due to unavoidable circumstances. In the afternoon, I was able to pray. Was it permissible for me to make up Hallel and Musaf then?

Shalom Rav,
One who did not pray Hallel and Musaf can make it up until sunset, but first, they must pray Mincha and then make up the missed prayer.
