Completion of Hallel
Question
Hello,
A person who did not manage to recite Hallel with the congregation on Rosh Chodesh, and the Torah reading has begun - and he joins them for the Torah reading,
when should he complete the Hallel?
After Musaf?
After the entire prayer service?

If he cannot say it in the proper place, before the Torah reading, he should complete it after the prayer.
