Is it permitted to get a haircut today, Rosh Chodesh that falls on Friday?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah 

Those who are accustomed to being concerned for the ethical will of Rabbi Yehuda HaChasid, and therefore do not get haircuts on Rosh Chodesh, should not get a haircut even when it falls on Friday.
