Medicine for an Infant on Passover

Is it permissible to give this medicine to an infant for treating a fungal infection on the tongue that makes breastfeeding difficult (to the point of being impossible)? Very urgent! A 3-month-old infant is exclusively breastfed without any formula...

It is permissible to give him any medicine, and there should be no delay in doing so.
