Fast of 17th of Tammuz for a Partially Nursing Mother

Hello Rabbi, My wife is about five months postpartum, She is partially nursing, The baby is mainly fed with formula and a little breastfeeding. What is her status regarding the fast of the 17th of Tammuz?

Answer

Hello, 

As long as she is nursing, she should not fast.
