Eating Meat on the Night After the 17th of Tammuz
Question
According to Halacha, is it permitted to eat meat on the night after the 17th of Tammuz? I request a definitive answer, not a note of disagreement.

It is permitted to eat meat on the night after all fasts, except for the night after Tisha B'Av.
