Is it permissible to smoke a regular cigarette on the Fast of the Seventeenth of Tammuz, and what is the ruling regarding an electronic cigarette?
Answer
A regular cigarette - for someone who finds it very difficult, it is permissible in private, an electronic cigarette - prohibited.
