Songs during the Omer

Hello Rabbi, I have a question: Is it permissible to attend a concert at any time during the Counting of the Omer? The concert was supposed to be on Independence Day and was postponed. It's a kind of celebration, so they postponed it to another day. Is it permissible to attend the concert or not?

It is forbidden to participate in a concert that includes music during the days of the Counting of the Omer.
