Haircut on Lag BaOmer that falls on Thursday

I usually do not get a haircut on Thursday, but this year Lag BaOmer falls on Thursday. Is it permissible for me to get a haircut?

Answer

Even those who are stringent all year not to get a haircut on Thursdays may get a haircut when Lag BaOmer falls on Thursday [for Ashkenazim].
