Purchasing a Clothes Dryer During the Three Weeks

Is it permissible to purchase a new clothes dryer during the Three Weeks?

Hello,
A new item that is used by two or more people requires the blessing 'HaTov VeHaMeitiv' and not 'Shehecheyanu', so there is no issue in acquiring it until Rosh Chodesh Av.
If the item is used by only one person, the 'Shehecheyanu' blessing is recited, and in such a case, it is advisable to wait until after Tisha B'Av.
However, if it is not possible to manage without the dryer, it is permitted to acquire it before Rosh Chodesh Av and recite 'Shehecheyanu' on it.
