Is it permissible to recite the Shehechiyanu blessing during the Three Weeks?
Answer
It is not permissible to recite the Shehechiyanu blessing during the Three Weeks, and therefore one should not purchase or renew expensive clothing during this period that would require the Shehechiyanu blessing.
