Hello Rabbi, is it permissible to buy and sell an apartment during the Three Weeks?

Hello
It is permissible to sell an apartment during the days of Bein HaMetzarim.
Buying an apartment is permitted for a married person until Rosh Chodesh Av, as he blesses on a new apartment "HaTov VeHaMeitiv." However, an unmarried person, who must bless "Shehecheyanu" when purchasing an apartment, should refrain from doing so from the seventeenth of Tammuz.
