Blessing of Gomel for a Survivor of an Accident
Question
Driving a car at a speed of ninety km/h, lost control, and the car spun on the road and crashed into a fence, and the passengers were miraculously saved. Should the Gomel blessing be recited?
Answer
If this situation was supposed to end in death, the Gomel blessing should be recited.
