Getting Dressed in the Shower or Under a Blanket

Is it permissible to get dressed in the shower, or must one get dressed under a blanket?

It is permissible to get dressed in the shower or in the bathroom, since these are places designated for uncovering the body, and there is no disgrace in undressing there.
