Neutral clothing in a color usually worn by women

Hello, clothing that in its form is worn by both men and women, but is in a color usually worn by women, is it permissible for a man to wear this clothing?

Hello,
A man should not wear this clothing.
However, if when necessary men also wear this clothing, it is permissible for a man to wear it.
